Erin is our “Patient Advocate”.  She works as an intermediary between our office and our patients as well as between patients and their insurance companies when necessary.  Her job is to take the side of the patient and work out any issues or conflicts that the patient may have. 

Erin also calls patients to check on their progress when under medical care as well as to insure patient satisfaction with their eye wear and contact lenses.  With her strong customer service background, Erin enjoys helping patients and our staff work towards our ultimate goal, patient satisfaction.
